- Doma Protocol & Marketplaces: We may share relevant information with the Doma Foundation, protocol operators, or third-party marketplaces in order to provide the Tokenization Service.

Tokenization and blockchain services may involve transfers of data to jurisdictions that do not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. Blockchain records may be globally replicated across decentralized networks outside our control.

You are responsible for safeguarding your private keys and ensuring that your use of tokenized domains complies with applicable law.
